2 Hurt In 2-Vehicle Crash In Brookhaven |
Two people sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Brookhaven. Both individuals were transported to NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk for treatment. Suffolk County Police are investigating the incident. Read full story → |
Valley Stream Man Killed At Funeral |
A man from Valley Stream was killed outside a Queens church during a funeral on April 10. The incident occurred during services for an individual with reported drug trafficking connections. The investigation is ongoing. Read full story → |
Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Manorville Crash |
A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in a crash in Manorville and was transported to NYU Langone Hospital in Patchogue. Suffolk County Police are investigating the incident. Read full story → |
Long Island Restaurant Week Returns April 26 – May 3 |
Hundreds of restaurants across Nassau and Suffolk are participating in Long Island Restaurant Week, offering set menus at special prices. Lunch is $24 for two courses, while dinner is three courses for $29, $39, or $46 depending on the restaurant. Local spots including Avino's Italian Table in Bellport and The Snapper Inn in Oakdale are among the participating venues. Drinks and tip are not included.
