Good Morning,
It's been a heavy week close to home. A North Bellport father was killed in a shooting at Robert Rowley Park, and a Bellport woman was sentenced in the Patchogue teen trafficking case. Our thoughts are with everyone affected.
There's plenty of good news too. Bayport-Blue Point added a life-saving AED station to its football field, Canine Companions in Medford opened a new wing that could double the service dogs it places, and Pat-Med's sports legends now have a Hall of Fame exhibit at the library. Add a thrash metal tribute night, a holiday 5K and a sweet poodle named Frankie, and there's something here for everyone.
Thanks for reading, and have a great weekend.
