Good Morning,
Big decisions are moving at Village Hall. The board fast-tracked a parking review for the proposed hotel on West Avenue ahead of a special planning board meeting on Oct. 13, and accepted the resignation of the village's longtime director of public safety after 18 years of service.
There's plenty to fill your calendar too. Auditions for It's a Wonderful Life in Patchogue are tonight, Burgerology is heading back to town, and Vintage Wings and Wheels brings classic cars and a pancake breakfast to the Bayport Aerodrome on Sunday. Add a haunted masquerade at the Gateway, a glow-in-the-dark paint night and one last month of tours at Meadow Croft, and October is off to a great start.
Thanks for reading, and have a great week.
