• BBP Heritage Seeks Volunteers for Native Planting Project – The Bayport-Blue Point Heritage Association, in partnership with Seatuck Environmental Association, invites volunteers to help with a native planting project at Avery's 5-Mile Look at the foot of Blue Point Avenue on Thursday, May 28th at 10:00 AM.  Volunteers should bring gloves and shovels if available.

• Memorial Day Flyover at Bayport Aerodrome – The Bayport Aerodrome Society invites pilots and spectators to commemorate Memorial Day on Monday, May 25th with a special flyover of Calverton National Cemetery and a Bayport Civic Association event.
