Budgets Pass, Parking Tightens and Local Honors
Issue #352

Brian Grant

Jun 19, 2026

Good Morning,

Today have a lot of school news, starting with approved revised budgets in Bayport-Blue Point and South Country, plus a new superintendent coming to Bayport-Blue Point. We’re also watching parking pressure at the Patchogue Train Station as US Open shuttles run to Shinnecock Hills. Around town, Brookhaven marks Juneteenth, local students earn Dellecave honors, and there are several community events, grants, and performances to keep on your calendar.
