Splish Splash Hiring 1,000 Team Members for 2026 Season

Splish Splash, New York's largest water park located in Calverton, is gearing up for its 2026 season and looking to hire 1,000 new team members across all departments. The seasonal positions offer competitive wages starting at up to $22 per hour, along with a range of attractive benefits.

 

Positions Available

 

The park is hiring for a variety of roles including lifeguards, food and beverage service, park services, water quality technicians, security personnel, and retail staff. With the addition of the new Stingray Bay water playground and the popular Neon Nights evening events, there are opportunities available for applicants of all experience levels.

 

Minimum age requirements vary by position. Food service, park services, and retail positions are open to applicants as young as 14 years old. Lifeguard, water quality technician, and security roles require applicants to be at least 16 or 18 years old, depending on the specific position.

Walk-In Interview Event

 

For those ready to jump in immediately, Splish Splash is hosting a week-long walk-in interview event from Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10, 2026. The interviews will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.

 

This is a unique opportunity to speak directly with current team members, complete your application, interview, and potentially be hired on the spot. Applicants should bring proper identification for I-9 verification, including a picture ID if presenting a List B document such as a driver's license or state ID card.
