Brookhaven Chambers Coalition to honor arts leader at April 22 awards celebration |
The Brookhaven Chambers of Commerce Coalition has named Beth Giacummo, Executive Director of the Patchogue Arts Council, as its 2026 Member of the Year.
The honor recognizes Giacummo's transformative work in establishing Patchogue as a thriving arts and cultural destination on Long Island.
A Vision for Patchogue's Arts Scene
Under Giacummo's leadership, the Patchogue Arts Council has brought creativity to every corner of the village.
Her initiatives include the stunning murals that now decorate downtown streets, the beloved Arts on Terry event series, and ongoing collaborations with the Museum of Contemporary Art Long Island (MoCA L.I.).
These programs have not only beautified Patchogue but have also drawn visitors from across the region, supporting local businesses and fostering community pride.
Awards Night Celebration
The Coalition will honor Giacummo at its annual Awards Night on April 22, 2026, at The Meadow Club in Port Jefferson Station.
The evening will feature cocktails, networking, passed hors d'oeuvres, and light desserts with beer and wine included.
In addition to recognizing Giacummo, the event will present awards including the Economic Stimulus Incentive), Small Business Improvement Grant, and Brookhaven Operating Grants.
